Welcome! I’m Kellie, founder of KAS Therapy.

For more than 20 years, I have supported adolescents and adults through some of life’s most challenging transitions. Throughout my career in education, counselling, and student support, I have worked alongside people navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, family stress, academic pressure, life transitions, and questions about identity and purpose.

These experiences showed me the power of having a safe space to feel heard, understood, and supported. They also deepened my understanding of how life’s transitions can affect our mental health, relationships, and sense of self.

Across every role I’ve held, one belief has remained constant: people are capable of growth, healing, and meaningful change, even when life feels heavy or uncertain. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, uncertain, or simply ready for something to change, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
